“Just in Time” opened on Broadway April 26, 2025, and is staged at Circle in the Square under the direction of Tony Award winner Alex Timbers.
The musical was developed by Timbers from an original concept by Ted Chapin. Tony Award winner Warren Leight and Isaac Oliver wrote the book, while Shannon Lewis serves as choreographer. Andrew Resnick provides music supervision and arrangements.
The production began with Tony Award winner Jonathan Groff in the role of Darin. Groff earned a Tony nomination for his performance, and the original cast recording received a 2026 Grammy Award nomination for Best Musical Theater Album.
The creative team also includes scenic designer Derek McLane, costume designer Catherine Zuber, lighting designer Justin Townsend and sound designer Peter Hylenski. Scott Rowen serves as production stage manager, with Live Wire Theatrical as general manager.
Tom Kirdahy, Robert Ahrens, John Frost and Groff are producers of the musical.
