Ozzfest Sets 2027 Return Date in England

Ozzfest will make its return in 2027 at Birmingham, England’s Villa Park.

The venue marks the same location where Ozzy Osbourne performed his final show, “Back to the Beginning,” alongside Black Sabbath in 2025. Birmingham also holds special significance as its the hometown of the late “Prince of Darkness.”

Sharon and Jack Osbourne previously confirmed the return of the legendary Ozzfest, noting that following the hometown festival, they’ll head to America for another edition of the event.

“We wanna hear from everyone where we should go in America,” Sharon said. “And also we’ve gotta find a lot of young, new talent, because that’s what [Ozzy] would want.” 

Jack noted “that’s what Ozzfest was all about,” and “that second stage, that was the incubator — that’s where so many [bands] came out of.”

Sharon added that “we’ll see how it does” and “if people want it, we’ll be there [in the] following years.” While it won’t start out as a traveling festival, she hinted that this could be a possibility beginning in 2028.

No date in America has been announced at this time.

Ozzfest, founded by Sharon and Ozzy, ran from 1996 to 2018, featuring big-name metal acts like Black Sabbath, Slipknot, and Korn.
